Xuri Zhang, also a professor at Westmoreland County Community College, toured plastics and construction laboratories and met with Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour; Tom F. Gregory, interim associate vice president for instruction; Marc E. Bridgens, interim dean of construction and design technologies; Shanin L. Dougherty, international programs specialist; and a number of faculty members.
