I appreciate that the teammate (employee) experience is one of our core pillars. Our company cultivates a culture of belonging and recognition. There are many opportunities for our teammates to engage cross-functionally and grow at the company. One of the many examples I could use is that we have built strong leadership pipelines and development programs.

We were connected through a Penn College alumnus.

We believe Penn College will be a sound investment due to the hands-on experience Penn College students gain during their time is extremely valuable to industries across the board. We are optimistic about our relationship with the College and are looking forward to partnering together!

We value students who are action oriented, collaborative, and focused on cultivating strong relationships and delivering solutions while keeping our athletes (customers) in mind throughout their decision making process.

Penn College does a wonderful job at preparing their students to be successful in the workforce regardless of industry by providing many opportunities for engagement in and out of the classroom to aid in your development as a successful student/professional, and as a member of society.
