Our connection with Penn College began through shared goals around education, workforce development, and community engagement. Our true partnership took shape eight years ago through a biannual Post Secondary Outcomes Conference, which provides students in grades 10–12 and their families with resources and guidance to support independent living and career readiness. The Disability and Access Resources Department at Penn College generously provides the venue and works closely with our staff and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation to make this valuable conference possible.

Partnering with Penn College has proven to be a valuable investment because it offers access to high-quality facilities, expert staff, and educational resources that directly support our mission. We've been able to host impactful events as well as participate in Penn College-led initiatives. Additionally, their strong focus on STEM and Technology education has allowed us to tap into hands-on learning opportunities and programming that benefit both our staff and students. The return has been a meaningful collaboration that enhances professional development, strengthens community partnerships, and supports educational growth across our region.
