SAP Appeal Form

Please use this form to appeal for reconsideration of your eligibility for federal financial aid and private alternative loans if you experienced extenuating circumstances that prevented you from achieving Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). This could include an injury or illness you experienced, the death of a relative, or other special circumstances. 

  • The Financial Aid Office will review this appeal and your upcoming class schedule before making a decision on your eligibility.
  • All classes that you schedule must be on your academic profile.
  • If your classes are not yet scheduled when you submit this appeal, please email the Financial Aid Office, finaidap@pct.edu, when your classes are scheduled so the review process can begin.
