Fitness Center

Ready When You Are

Clean, comfortable, and state-of-the-art facilities are open seven days-a-week during the fall and spring semesters–weekdays during breaks and summer sessions. Group fitness classes are free for students.

Field House

Play ping pong, indoor basketball, or volleyball. Check out equipment to use on outdoor tennis and basketball courts; lawn games like corn hole and ladder golf; or discs for the disc golf course. You can also reserve games! The Field House is also home to tournaments, intramurals, and special events.

Outdoor Recreation

Nestled among the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, main campus is within minutes of a vibrant downtown and some of the best outdoor recreation options in the commonwealth: hiking/camping along the Mid State and Loyalsock trails, the Susquehanna River Walk, kayaking, fishing in Class A Wild Trout Waters, and road and mountain biking, among them. Campus Recreation also has tents, chairs, lanterns, and more for students to sign out and use.
