HACC & Penn College Articulation Agreement
Keep your momentum going
HACC and Penn College have established an articulation agreement that allows you to seamlessly transfer into Penn College's Human Services & Restorative Justice bachelor-degree program. You'll be awarded a minimum of 30 credits for your Social Services, A.A. degree but could qualify for up to 39 credits based on other courses you've taken.
With a bachelor's degree in Human Services & Restorative Justice you'll gain advanced knowledge and skills, unlocking a wide range of career opportunities. Through program-sponsored events and an internship you'll have opportunities to expand your professional network and acquire the experience needed to make a profound impact on the lives of individuals and communities.

**If a student has not completed SOCI201 at HACC, SOC111 must be taken at PCT.**If a student has completed SOCI205 at HACC or taken an HSA or HSB course at Penn College that fulfills the Global & Cultural Diversity Perspective Elective requirement, they are exempt from taking an additional Global & Cultural Diversity Perspective Elective course.
Scholarships
Penn College Transfer Student Scholarship
Available to students transferring to Penn College for their bachelor's degree.
Admissions Scholarship
Available to full-time transfer students who have a history of contributing to their school, local, and/or work community.
Cunningham Family Scholarship
Available to full-time transfer students who are eligible for financial aid.
