How to Partner With Penn College

Partnering With Industry

Together with partners in industry, we prepare the workforce of tomorrow by aligning education with real-world needs and equipment. Through initiatives like Corporate Tomorrow Makers, program-specific industry advisory committees, pop-up recruitment tables, and career fairs, partners shape curriculum and recruit talent to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

To support this mission, expanding equipment and learning labs are essential. Last year, over 40% of our majors had a waitlist because of limited equipment and lab space. Entrustment and financial support is essential to meeting the hiring needs of industry for the next 10 years.

Partnering With Educators

Together with partners in secondary education, we provide routes for students to create a fulfilling career with hands-on education that supports critical industry needs. From dual enrollment courses to career and technical center (CTC) pathways, students can get a head start on their future.

With strong job placement, engaging virtual campus tours, and options to visit in person, Penn College is ready to partner with educators to position students for long-term success.
