Online Application for Admission
Submit this application if you are interested in a bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, certificate, or competency credential. This application includes the Penn College Financial Aid Authorization application. More information
If you are applying for re-admission or as a nondegree, international, or noncredit student please select the appropriate alternate form.
To complete the online application, you must provide your valid:
- Social Security number
- Credit card information (nonrefundable $50 application fee)
Application deadline is July 1, for first-year, full-time students who wish to begin in the fall.
This does not apply to re-admission or transfer students.
Appeals for deadline extension may be made to the Admissions Office.
Application fee
A nonrefundable $50 application fee is required to complete your application. If you have already completed a printed application, you can pay your fee through our secure Student Information System (SIS).
Appeals to have this fee waived may be made to the Admissions Office.
Application for Re-admission
Submit this application if you were previously registered at Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport Area Community College, or Williamsport Technical Institute.
Application fee
A nonrefundable $50 application fee is required to complete your application. If you apply for re-admission within two years, you are not required to again pay the application fee.
Appeals to have this fee waived may be made to the Admissions Office.
International Application
If you are a citizen of a foreign country, you must use this form to apply for admission.
To complete the online application, you must provide your valid:
- Financial guarantee information, for issuing I-20
- Credit card information (nonrefundable US$50 application fee)
Application deadline
Application, required documentation, and tuition deposit must be received by:
- June 1 for fall enrollment.
- November 1 for spring enrollment.
Application fee

Nondegree Application
Use this form to have the opportunity to select courses without enrolling in a specific degree or certificate major. Nondegree students may register for no more than six (6) credits per semester and are not eligible for financial aid. More information.
To complete the online application, you must provide your valid:

Noncredit Applications
Noncredit Course Registration
Use this form to register for noncredit classes, seminars, and customized training for business, industry, and the general public. Training is offered by Penn College’s Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE) office.
Noncredit Application for International Students
Use this form to apply for the English as a Second Language program, offered by Penn College’s Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE) office.
