A total of 236 high school students, all enrolled in Penn College Dual Enrollment courses at their schools, experienced a day on campus last week. In addition to touring Pennsylvania College of Technology, the special guests heard from representatives of the Admissions and Financial Aid offices and the Center for Academic Excellence, and took part in hands-on experiences in 10 labs. The students hailed from Adams County Technical Institute, Benton High School, Cumberland Perry Area Career & Technical Center, Lycoming Career & Technology Center, and Mifflinburg Area High School.

Penn College Dual Enrollment provides college courses to high school students at their schools or career and technology centers. The students earn college grades and credit for the courses at no cost. More information can be attained by emailing Secondary Partnerships staff in the college's Center for Academic Excellence.
