    To apply 529 payments to your semester bill, send or fax the Bursar's Office a copy of the completed and signed Payment Authorization form that you submitted. You can then deduct that amount from your bill and pay any remaining balance by the due date. The college does not receive a copy of this form from the PA 529 College Savings Program. The college cannot determine the monetary value of your 529 credits/account. Please contact the PA 529 College Savings Program directly for this information.
