Penn College Appoints Assistant Director of Admissions

Lynn Y. Frey has been named assistant director of admissions at Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Frey has been employed at the college since 2008. Previously, she served as an admissions representative and as coordinator of electronic services. Before coming to Penn College, she worked for a business institute in the region.



Lynn Y. FreyShe earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from West Chester University and is a graduate of Loyalsock Township High School.

“I’m truly excited to have Lynn Frey as our new assistant director of admissions,” said Joseph J. Balduino, director of admissions. “She brings an abundance of admissions experience and knowledge to the position. Her leadership, energy and enthusiasm will serve the college well as we expand and explore new opportunities to recruit new students.”

“Lynn’s experience, knowledge and personality add to the strong leadership team in Admissions,” said Carolyn R. Strickland, vice president for enrollment management and associate provost. “We look forward to the success we know she can have in this new position at the college and are excited to work with her in this new role.”

A Williamsport native, Frey volunteers for Lycoming County United Way’s annual campaign and is a member of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church.
