The items – which include such varied dishes as chimichurri flank steak, tempura shrimp sushi rolls and salmon BLTs – will be offered in addition to the current menu and available to students as a board-meal option. "The concept of this was built upon the idea of creating 'destination dining' for our students by offering more upscale and healthy options in a casual atmosphere," said Jason K. Eichensehr, a Dining Services manager. "We worked hard to combine unique ingredients into exciting recipes that we feel will accomplish this goal. We had a great turnout, and had a lot of positive feedback from employees and students alike."
