Sophomore physical fitness specialist student Cameron P. Foultz uses skin-fold calipers to measure body fat on the upper arm of freshman wrestler Alexander J. Rodichok. Students in Penn College's physical fitness specialist major volunteered two afternoons in College Health Services to provide health assessments for Wildcat wrestlers. The students recorded team members’ height and weight and, using skin-fold calipers, measured their body fat. Staff nurses measured the wrestlers’ hydration levels. To be eligible for competition, wrestlers must meet NCAA regulations, which include minimum body-fat and hydration levels.
