'America Recycles Day' Observance Urged by Conservation Subcommittee

    Penn College's Energy Conservation Subcommittee, along with The Everyday Environmentalist at home and work, reminds the campus community that today (Monday, Nov. 15) is "America Recycles Day." If everyone inthe office, residence hall, apartment, work, study or creative space would adopt at least one Green Tip, there would be mega-changes for the environment and the college's budget.
