Bake Sale-Bound, Students Learn From Penn State Artisan

The product Hawaiian fruit and nut bread, pan de mie hamburger and hot dog buns, polenta raisin bread, roasted jalapeno and corn flat bread and roasted potato bread will be sold during the students' final bread and pastry sale of the semester, scheduled 10 a.m.-noon April 16. Proceeds from the sale, themed "American Regional Carnival Delights," will benefit the Student Leader Legacy scholarship fund established by the Student Government Association. Bread and pastry sales are held in The Market, on the Third Street side of the Carl Building Technologies Center.
