hosted Chef Robert Kinkead, chef and owner of Kinkead's: An American Brasserie in Washington, D.C., from Feb. 25-27 as part of its Visiting Chef Series. The series invites accomplished chefs to campus to mentor and work alongside School of Hospitality students over several days, culminating in an elaborate scholarship-benefit dinner in Le Jeune Chef restaurant.
