Secure Wireless Now Activated

    The open-access Wildcat Wireless network has been replaced with a secure wireless network called "wildcats," Information Technology Services reminds students, faculty and staff who are returning to campus for the fall semester. ITS advises those individuals to configure their personal laptops for the new network prior to returning to campus ; otherwise, they will not be able to connect to the Internet when they arrive and will not have access to the set-up instructions, which are locatedonline. Employees who have problems or questions about connecting to the secure network can contact the ITS Help Desk (ext. 7329 or by e-mail ) for assistance. Students, who will receive a separate e-mail alerting them of this change, can contact the Student Help Desk (ext. 7154 or by e-mail ).
