IT Student Awarded 'Web Warrior' Scholarship

    A student in Penn College's School of Business and Computer Technologies has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship from Thomson Course Technology, a worldwide leader in computer-education products and services. James R. Carpenter of Williamsport, enrolled in computer information technology-internetworking applications development, recently was informed of his selection for the "Web Warrior" scholarship.
