Thermal Product Solutions designs and manufactures industrial and laboratory ovens and furnaces and environmental temperature cycling and stability test chambers. Their product brands include Blue M, Gruenberg, Lindberg/MPH, Tenney, Wisconsin Oven, and Baker Furnace. TPS headquarters are located in New Columbia, Pennsylvania.

HOW DID YOUR COMPANY FIRST CONNECT WITH PENN COLLEGE?

We've been connected with Penn College for many years. We have Williamsport Area Community College grads as well.

HOW HAS ENROLLING AS A CORPORATE TOMORROW MAKER ENHANCED YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH PENN COLLEGE?

We are still very new to the program.. I do think that so far it distinguishes us as a local employer for student employment opportunities.

WHAT QUALITIES OF PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS MAKE THEM STAND OUT FOR YOUR OPERATIONS?

Students are generally well-educated and up-to-date with knowledge and equipment. Students are also eager to continue to learn.
