JEM Group is a woman-owned turnkey construction services firm based in central Pennsylvania. The team's goal is to improve the communities where they live and build. They take pride in developing deep relationships with clients by understanding their project vision and developing a valuable strategy for execution. JEM Group offers design-build, general construction, and construction management services. Their diverse experience encompasses healthcare, education, office/corporate, multi-unit housing, retail, non-profit and light manufacturing/industrial markets. Each project varies in complexity, ranging from $250,000 to $25 million.
