Watch degrees that work: Going Green

About this episode

Management exists in all facets of life. From kids on a dusty ball field to seasoned executives in a stately boardroom, there is an inherent need for structure, rules and leadership. Those who wish to formally fulfill those needs as a manager have considerable options. The avenues to pursue such a career are as varied as management’s possibilities and rewards. This episode of degrees that explores that reality with the stories of three individuals who have devoted their professional lives to management: a chef leading an exciting restaurant in Southern California, a business graduate working for the world’s premier youth sports organization and an automotive technology expert serving a legendary company. All three face diverse challenges and responsibilities, but they are all grateful for their management careers.
