On the heels of her Summer 2017 retirement as the College’s Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Debbie continues to serve in this special liaison role in support of the College’s corporate, community, donor and stakeholder relations.  Specifically, Debbie stewards the broad-based support for the Collision Repair & Automotive Restoration program, and also maintains the College’s strong corporate relationships within both the Diesel & Power Generation and the Heavy Equipment programs.

Debbie joined the Institutional Advancement team in 2004. She was named Vice President in January 2015, and was responsible for the advancement of Penn College, overseeing the areas of alumni relations, annual giving, corporate relations and the Penn College Foundation. Prior to Penn College, Debbie served as Manager of Program and Scholarship Services for the Williamsport-Lycoming Community Foundation (now the First Community Foundation Partnership of PA). She attended Williamsport Area Community College and received a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Personally, she enjoys listening to music, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
