Regional American Cuisine Dinner

Wednesdays, 5:30-8 p.m., Fall & Spring Semesters (September - May)

Chef Mike Ditchfield and his students, our future culinary arts professionals, prepare menus that reflect characteristic fare from America's varied regions. These elegant, multi-course meals are served with desserts created and prepared by Chef Lynn Sisino and our student interns. A wine flight may be paired with the dinner and is priced separately. A Regional American Cuisine Five-course dinner costs $34.95.

Fall 2017 Sunday Brunch Buffet

Le Jeune Chef's professional staff and student interns prepare brunch on various Sundays from September to May. The buffet-style meal features a variety of stations including soup, omelet/egg, cold, hot, and dessert, as well as a chef-carved entrée and assorted breads. The cost is $21.75 for adults and $11.75 for children. A Bloody Mary and champagne mimosa bar is available for an additional charge. We have one date left this semester:

Holiday Buffet 2017

Le Jeune Chef's holiday buffet is December 4 through December 14. The buffet will be open Monday through Friday for lunch, $15.95 per person, and Wednesday through Saturday for dinner, $26.95 per person.

Hospitality Students and Staff at PM Exchange

Pennsylvania College of Technology hospitality students and staff worked at the Penn College PM Exchange on September 21. The PM Exchange is a networking event hosted by the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. The most recent PM Exchange was held at Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE), in the Center for Business & Workforce Development on the Pennsylvania College of Technology campus. This event marked WDCE's celebration of 10 years at their current location. Guests were able to tour the updated facilities while interacting with the latest technologies and programs that help companies assess training needs and close skills gaps. In this picture, the staff is accompanied by the new Penn College Wildcat mascot.

NCAA Celebration Heralds New Era for Penn College Athletics

The campus community officially entered an exciting new age Wednesday, September 13, celebrating Pennsylvania College of Technology's full membership in Division III of the NCAA - not to mention the attendant boost to school pride from a dynamic new logo, an exciting mascot makeover, and a literal driving force for institutional marketing. A short program outside the Field House marked the occasion, recognizing the members and sponsors of Athletics and the Wildcat Club booster society, followed by a women's soccer game at the Athletic Field and a women's volleyball match in Bardo Gymnasium.
