Pound is a high energy, drumming and Pilates-inspired workout. It's mood-boosting, stress-releasing cardio interval fitness format will leave you feeling strong and energized! 

Mondays and Wednesdays

* Masks must be worn during all classes

* Fitness classes are not offered when the college is closed.
