A mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation - and who couldn't use some of that?!

Mondays and Wednesdays

Noon to 1 p.m.

* Masks must be worn during all classes

* Fitness classes are not offered when the college is closed.
