Grilling with Chef Chris Grove

Alumnus Chris Grove ’08, Executive Chef at Le Jeune Chef Restaurant and Chef Angela Hess '08, will walk us through the steps needed to create two special dishes -Bourbon and Peach Glazed Grilled Pork Chops with grilled peaches, grilled asparagus and grilled red potatoes and Grilled Flatbread Pizza with grilled shrimp, grilled corn, pesto, roma tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Connect with the Penn College community through this interactive experience and leave our time together with two new recipes just in time for your Memorial Day festivities!
