Alumnus Chris Grove ’08, Executive Chef at Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, along with current culinary students, Nick Matthews and Madison Cooper, will walk us through the steps needed to create two special dishes - Bacon Mac and Cheese and Turkey, Cheese and Fruit Strudel. Connect with the Penn College community through this interactive experience and leave our time together with two new recipes for Thanksgiving get togethers!
