Virtual Cooking Class

Alumnus Chris Grove ’08, Executive Chef at Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, along with Chef Angela Hess '08 and current culinary student, Jenelle Becker, will walk us through the steps needed to create two special dishes - Irish Soda Bread and Reuben Egg Rolls with Homemade 1000 Island Dressing. Connect with the Penn College community through this interactive experience and leave our time together with two new recipes for your St. Paddy's Day festivities!
