Are you requesting to work remotely during your leave?

Request for approval to work remotely will be routed from Human Resources to the employee’s Senior Administrator. Requests to work remotely will only be approved under extenuating circumstances and will not be permitted if the employee is caring for a dependent family member. The College will make the final determination if an employee can perform their duties remotely during the leave period, or if they will need to take paid leave of some combination thereof.

Upon submission, Human Resources will review your leave of absence request and provide appropriate communication to your supervisor, and where appropriate initiate steps to comply with the Mitigation Protocol, Reporting and Assessment. Employees will receive confirmation of their approved leave request and approval/denial of their request to work remotely as soon as feasible.
