Analysis of the body's energy systems and practical application of that knowledge in the design and implementation of a progressive program of cardiovascular exercise. Emphasis on cardiovascular fitness assessment, goal setting, training mode and equipment selection, workout intensity, workload determinations, training volume, and program demonstration and modification. 2 Credits (1 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): BIO103.
