Criminal Law and Procedures
Study covering the various facets of criminal law. Topics include crimes against the person and property, as well as the procedures necessary from arrest through trial, sentencing, and punishment. The paralegal's role in these procedures and in the preparation of documents is emphasized. 3 Credits (3 Lecture) Prerequisite(s): ENL111.
