Study of methods of quantitative analysis, strategic planning, and service personnel management required to manage an automotive business. Introduction to strategic planning relative to different types of facility ownership structures and development of formatted service systems. Quantitative methods to assist in management decision making. Course work includes completion of the senior project proposal as well as collection and preliminary analysis of initial senior project data. 3 Credits (3 Lecture) Prerequisite(s): ABM310.
