Topics cover the responsibilities and duties in the field of estate administration that can be performed by a paralegal under the supervision of an attorney. Sample forms for the preparation of wills, the creation of trusts, and the administration of a decedent's estate, as well as tax forms, are reviewed. 3 Credits (3 Lecture) Prerequisite(s): ENL111.
