Principles and practices surrounding the collection of data about persons served and the use of that data in decision-making regarding diagnosis, service planning, intervention, referral, and follow-up. Emphasis on the use of case management methods with various populations; practical skill development includes process documentation. Study includes the history, principles, models, practices, and issues in case management.
