Shotokan Karate


Training in the philosophy, principles, and techniques of Shotokan Karate for self-defense and improvement of overall fitness. Skills learned include blocking, punching, striking, kicking, and body shifting techniques and application of these techniques against an opponent. Rules of conduct are distributed; students not adhering to rules of conduct will be dismissed from the course.
