Fitness Testing and Interpretation


Exploration of essential exercise testing protocols for health and fitness assessments. Topics include testing the five core aspects of health and fitness; body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. Skills and techniques used for various testing protocols popular in the exercise industry will be applied. Interpreting assessment results to develop an exercise prescription plan in included.
