Principles of Movement
Exploration of human movement science from a perspective of how the body functions as a total integrated unit, incorporating 3-movement systems (neural, muscular-skeletal, and fascial). Reduction of the risk of injury and performance improvement for subjects of all ages. Topics will include;functional movement assesment, functional movement anatomy, integrated, multi-planar, structural and proprioceptive balance training, injury reduction and improving performance. (Formerly PFS125). 3 Credits (2 Lecture - 3 Lab) Corequisite(s): BIO103. Fall Only.
