Learn the basic concepts of performance management, segmented into four modules: Creating a Climate of Motivation and Engagement, Shaping Performance Expectations, Developing Performance Coaching Techniques, and Addressing Difficult Performance Situations. Participants will learn the elements of supervising for excellent performance, develop a capacity to create effective performance expectations, improve coaching skills, and be able to address difficult performance situations.
