Strong and effective communication is the foundation for success in the workplace. This webinar series is comprised of seven half-day, competency-based, modules designed to increase employee engagement, strengthen communication, improve time and priority management, handle conflict, and promote customer excellence. Each module is intended to be delivered in a four-hour webinar format (with multiple brief breaks built in to the timeline).
