Topics include The Real Estate Business, Real Estate Brokerage, Agency in Real Estate, Ethical Practices and Fair Housing, Listing Agreements and Buyer Rrpresentation Contracts, Sales Contracts, Financing the Real Estate Transaction, Appraising Real Estate, Closing the Real Estate Transaction, and Property Management.
