Emotional intelligence (EI) has become a crucial component for building relationships in social environments. This course focuses on behaviors at work and on enhancing your individual and organizational awareness of interpersonal factors that promote a balance between the rational and the emotional aspects of the workplace. The development of the competencies and behaviors associated with this course include: self-responsibility and management; interpersonal competence; interpersonal relationship building.
