Participants will be introduced to the principles of leadership and the importance of the strengths and virtues in leadership development. This is very different from the "deficit-based" approach used in many development programs. By examining what leaders do well rather than what they do wrong (focusing on strengths not weaknesses) can provide a basis for flourishing and sustainable well-being. "Most people think they know what they are good at. They are usually wrong...And yet, a person can perform only from strength." - Peter Drucker
