WDCE Course Injection Molding Processing: Decoupled Molding Set-up and Operation

This workshop covers decoupled molding set-up and operation and teaches the injection molding process control using scientific or systematic molding methods. These methods are the current industry standard for injection molding processing. All molders should master the principles of decoupled molding in order to produce consistent product in the most efficient way. At the conclusion of this course, all participants will be able to set up a cycle of various injection molding machines with identical results. Mastery of the decoupled molding process assures all molders, regardless of experience and physical location, will achieve the same process results. Target Audience: Individuals seeking to become proficient in the set-up and operation of the injection molding process using scientific or systematic methods. This is a cornerstone course for all molders. Class size will be limited to ensure participants spend significant instructional time applying scientific molding theory in a laboratory setting. If you like learning hands-on rather than sitting in a classroom, this is the course for you. Upon completion, participants will be able to set up and troubleshoot an injection molding process using industry-standard practices.
