This course covers how to successfully perform the fundamental responsibilities of the Crew Leader, including interacting with the client, managing personnel, job scheduling, tracking and maintaining materials and equipment, testing procedures, documentation, ensuring safety and quality control on the job site, and conducting a final walk through to ensure that all work is completed in a satisfactory manner. This course is approximately 70% presentation and 30% classroom exercises. This workshop requires each individual to participate in classroom discussions and exercises, and a passing grade (70% or above) in the end-of-course exam. Hours: 19. BPI CEUs: 9.5.
