This course introduces the applications, benefits, types, and operational fundamentals of common Programmable Logic Controllers or PLC's. The first in a series of four, this course is designed to raise the functional performance level of maintenance technicians with limited PLC knowledge when tasked with evaluating or troubleshooting PLC controlled equipment in an advanced manufacturing environment. Foundational concepts are developed in preparation for subsequent courses in the series. Participants receive their own copy of an interactive PLC simulation software that allows them to practice programming and troubleshooting skills learned throughout the course anytime and anywhere.

There are currently no classes scheduled for this course. Please check back at a later time or contact WDCE to see when the course will be offered again.
