This course introduces the fundamental principles and applications of motor control circuitry from the simplicity of two wire controls through the solid state/digital revolution and development of variable frequency drives.Common types of motor control circuit will be evaluated and analyzed for specific application,function and performance characteristics to equip technicians with the knowledge needed for efficient troubleshoot and repair of motor driven production equipment in advanced manufacturing settings.
