This course is intended for line-level manufacturing technicians that have quality control responsibilities who lack Quality and Statistical Processing Control training. The fundamental concepts for statistics as a quality tool are introduced in laymen's terms using familiar examples to demonstrate SPC methods. The SPC tools, such as charts and graphs, are explained and analyzed to identify possible trends and potential out-of-control processes.
