This course is an introductory Salesforce course. The course is designed for sales representatives and managers who are new to Salesforce or for individuals who are looking to determine the benefits of using Salesforce to manage business relationships. Participants will learn to navigate Salesforce, as well as use basic Sales Cloud tools. These basic Sales Cloud tools will enable the user to create and manipulate leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities for an organization.
