Workforce Development Course Mid-Level Manager Program

Effective leadership at the manager level assumes familiarity with the basic concepts of supervision. Through a series of ten modules covered in five days, participants will explore and practice key areas of management focusing on the skills required to perform successfully with people, processes, and operations. Topics include: organizational change, enhanced communication, conflict resolution, coaching for exemplary performance, developing global business acumen, problem solving and decision making, financial knowledge essentials, project budgeting and justification, and leading complex projects. Upon completion, participants will be able to demonstrate competency beyond the typical supervisory skills set and successfully apply these concepts in the workplace.
