This course is intended to improve the competencies associated with being a successful negotiator. It begins with the basics of negotiation process, planning the negotiation, starting the negotiation, and presenting your side followed with handling resistance and closing the negotiation. The program also delves into the post-negotiation relationship. This course uses lecture, discussion, and exercises to help hone negotiation skills.
