This program is specially designed for leaders, managers, supervisors and employees to help improve their ability to analyze problems and make the right decisions. This course will make you more aware of the models and skills you need to quickly and effectively develop comprehensive solutions to problems you encounter on the job and give you practice in these skills. Critical aspects of this program include: introduction to a practical problem-solving model; defining a problem; selection and verification of most likely cause of a problem; generation and selection of alternatives; and implementation of alternative. As you practice these skills on the job your proficiency and expertise will continue to develop.
